WORDPRESS & WEBSITE INTEGRATION

Bring Travelmanager to your website.

Show departures, events, bookable offers and vouchers directly on your website — with the Travelmanager WordPress plugin or the website widget.

Two ways to connect Travelmanager to your website.

Your website has its own structure. Choose the integration that fits it, and bring your Travelmanager offers to the pages your guests already visit.

01 · For WordPress websites

WordPress Plugin

Place timetables, calendars and offers inside your pages, posts or widget areas. Shortcodes connect your editorial content with the next step towards booking.

What you can show on your website.

Give each page a useful next step: find a departure, discover an offer or choose a gift.

Timetables & departures

Put the next trips within reach, with dates, routes, images and links to book.

Event calendars

Let guests start with a date and explore the events that fit their plans.

Event & offer pages

Present an experience with an image, description and upcoming dates — as a compact card or a detailed offer.

Products & vouchers

Give gifts and extras their own place, with a catalogue or a dedicated product view.

Trip search

Help passengers find a suitable connection by departure point, destination and travel date.

The next step to booking

Lead guests towards ticket selection and your hosted shop. In WordPress, add a basket indicator and link alongside your content.

01 · WORDPRESS PLUGIN

Use WordPress content with Travelmanager booking views.

Keep your pages, stories and content structure. Place Travelmanager where it helps guests act: a departure list on a route page, an event preview in an article or vouchers on a gift page.

  • Keep working in your familiar WordPress editor.
  • Place booking views with shortcodes, exactly where they belong.
  • Select the relevant content and supported language for each view.

02 · WEBSITE WIDGET

Embed Travelmanager in the website you already have.

Bring a booking entry point into the right part of your website. Choose from eight views and place a small script in a CMS or HTML area that supports it. Works independently of WordPress.

One view for each purpose

Choose a timetable, trip search, calendar, event card, event details, catalogue, station categories or single product.

Fits its place on the page

The embed uses the available width and automatically adjusts its height. Content has the consistent Travelmanager V2 design.

What do we need to get started?

An active Travelmanager account and the offers you want to display. For WordPress, install the plugin and connect your account. For the widget, use a CMS area that permits scripts and an account enabled for public widget requests.

When should we use the WordPress plugin?

When your website runs on WordPress and you want Travelmanager views inside your existing pages, posts or widget areas. Shortcodes let you place each view alongside your own content.

When is the widget the better choice?

When you want to add a selected Travelmanager view to an existing website with a script embed. It suits CMS and HTML websites that permit scripts, with automatic height adjustment and a consistent V2 design.

Can we choose which offers appear?

Yes. Depending on the view, select stations, routes, categories, products or date ranges. Your Travelmanager account supplies the relevant content; supported parameters let you focus each page on the right offers.

Does the widget work outside WordPress?

Yes. It works independently of WordPress. Your website or CMS needs an HTML area that allows the Travelmanager script to run.

Where do guests complete their purchase?

In the connected Travelmanager shop. Widget views lead guests towards ticket selection and the basket. The WordPress event detail view can include ticket configuration on the page; payment and checkout remain in the hosted shop.
